Junior Academy

The Junior Golf Academy and Pathway is now well established and the children are enjoying and benefiting from lessons from our PGA Professionals.

We are looking forward to the Junior Golf Academy in 2025 and the planned dates are all listed below. The Junior Academy structured holes on the course are the perfect way to teach the boys and girls about the game and golf etiquette in general. All coaching is tailored for each ability group, to focus on the different elements of playing golf from swing and club choice to understanding etiquette and scoring.

Each academy is £150.00 for the six-week coaching programme and the dates could change depending on availability.

The coaching follows a structured pathway from Pit Crew to Grid Lane and finally Chequered Flag, before reaching the ultimate goal of becoming a Junior Pass Holder.

Golf places strong emphasis on good sportsmanship, self-discipline and behaviour and is therefore an ideal medium through which children and young people can further develop skills such as honesty, respect, co-operation, perseverance, concentration and self-motivation – skills which they can carry through to adulthood.

If you have questions and want your children to be involved with this super initiative, please email Jason Neve, Head PGA Professional.
