Delivery Terms and Conditions

Home Delivery Via DPD Local

1. Home delivery service is available to members and guests of the Royal Automobile Club.
2. This service is provided via DPD Local, between Monday Friday, excluding bank holidays.
3. There is no delivery service over the weekend.
4. Two delivery services are available: next day or standard delivery (up to 3 working days).

Dpd Next Day Delivery Service

5. Any orders processed by 12 noon Monday to Friday, will be guaranteed delivery the next working day.
6. Depending upon location of the delivery address, additional fees including and not limited to congestion charge could be applied. This will be worked out upon check out when the delivery address has been entered.
7. Delivery is only available within the UK, including Northern Ireland, but excludes the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Standard Delivery Service, Up To 3 Working Days

8. The Club’s standard delivery service is fulfilled via DPD Local and can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
9. Depending upon location of the delivery address, additional fees including and not limited to congestion charge could be applied. This will be worked out upon check out when the delivery address has been entered.
10. Delivery is only available within the UK, including Northern Ireland, but excludes the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Click And Collection From The Club

11. For Royal Automobile Club Members, complimentary click and collection is available at both clubhouses.
12. At Pall Mall, this is from the Post Office and at Woodcote Park this is from the first floor of the Club Shop.
13. Collection dates and time slots are available Monday to Friday between 1 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
14. When checking out the available slots will be shown, and members are able to choose their preferred collection slot.
15. This service is not available to guests.
